Lucky Bella COVID-19 Safety Guidelines
In order to keep our clients and staff safe
✔️ A CDC recommended mask is required to be worn over the nose and mouth. For example: 👉🏽N95, KN95, or surgical mask 👈🏽(gators, bandannas, or cloth mask are NOT acceptable)
We are performing a medical procedure on you and are unable to social distance from our clients so we are required to take additional precautions.
You will need to provide your own mask.
✔️ Bring your Covid-19 vax card.
Vaccinated individuals are greatly appreciated, please get yours ASAP, as we have lost friends, family, and clients to COVID and due to unvaccinated individuals overflowing medical facilities preventing care to other people. Many of our clients are Doctors, scientists and highly trained medical experts and our protocol is based on their desire to have the safest environment to get tattooed in.
✔️ A valid state issued photo ID is required by Arkansas state law to be presented in person at the time of your appointment in order for us to tattoo you. We cannot tattoo you without an ID. A valid ID includes a drivers license, state issued identification card, military ID, or passport.
✔️You cannot bring anyone with you to your tattoo appointment. They will not be permitted in the building.
✔️If you haven’t been vaccinated, clients should avoid large groups of people and gatherings for two weeks previous to your appointment
✔️Doors will be locked. Text when you arrive
✔️Do not use numbing creams or ointments before your tattoo. It will jeopardize the quality of your tattoo.
✔️Clients MUST WEAR A MASK over their nose and mouth, AT ALL TIMES in our building
✔️No walk ins
✔️No one under the age of 18 will be tattooed during the pandemic.
✔️Clients must wait in car until we are ready for you
✔️We will take clients temperature with a no touch thermometer

✔️All consultations will be done via text and FaceTime.
✔️Minimum amount of time we book for, during the pandemic is $300 per person.
This is due to medical supplies over doubling in price and becoming extremely scarce.
Please be patient with us at this time. We are having to spend much more time, taking extra measures to ensure the safety of our clients, staff, and the community.
